TERMS OF SERVICE
By using career-insights.co.uk (‘the site’ or purchasing a Career Insights membership, (‘the service’), you’re consenting to the terms outlined below.
“YOU” AND “US”
In regards to this agreement, “you” can be a person or an organization. You can purchase the Career Insights Membership for your own use or for your organisation’s use.
What you can’t do is buy the Service and share your access with whomever you want.
The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Radley Management Ltd, trading as Career Insights. The term “the Site” refers to career-insights.co.uk and the term “the Service” refers to the paid Career Insights membership.

THE SERVICE
The Career Insights membership is a paid membership that includes access to private online resources at any time (“Service Content.”).
OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and Service contain intellectual property (stuff we made) owned by Radley Management Ltd, trading as Career Insights, including copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property.
Our copyrighted and original materials are provided to you as part of the Service for your individual use only and a single-user or multi-user license. All intellectual property, including our copyrighted materials shall remain the sole property of Career Insights. No license to sell or distribute our materials is granted or implied.
You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
This includes but is not limited to sharing material with others who have not paid for the Service, posting excerpts of material on any social media, blogging about the material, or in any other way that would reasonably appear to share the Site or Service’s information with a non-member. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.
PAYMENT
You have three purchase options for the service.
– Day Pass (£5 per day)
– Single user license (£35 per year)
– Multi-user license (30 users) (£195 per year)
All purchases must be made by credit card using Stripe’s payment processing service or PayPal’s payment processing service. (Note: By making this purchase, you also agree to both Stripe and PayPal’s user agreement.)
If your subscription payment fails, you will lose access to the Service until the balance is paid in full.
Membership
For the duration of this agreement, we shall maintain the career-insights.co.uk website.
We can’t guarantee that our sites will be up 100% of the time or that your access might not be limited due to power outages, unpaid cable bills, acts of deities, or any other forces that are outside of our control. We will take reasonable steps to maintain these websites and correct problems as they occur.
All of our products and websites are provided as-is and with no guarantees of merchantability.
When we create new work, you will be notified via email as part of our newsletter content.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid term, you will retain access to the products within the Service until the end of your payment period and then you will not be charged again.
We operate a no refund policy.
UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.
UPDATES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
We reserve the right at any time to make changes and updates to the Service Content and the offerings within the Service.
Career Insights shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
VIOLATION OF TERMS
If we learn that you’ve allowed someone unauthorized access to our works, you agree to face the following penalties:
The Service will be terminated, and you will lose your access to the Career Insights Membership indefinitely.
OVERVIEW
Any new features or tools which are added to the current site shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
GENERAL RULES FOR USE OF CAREER INSIGHTS
To access certain features of Career Insights, you may need a username and password. You agree to keep your username and password confidential. During the registration process for any service or product, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. If Career Insights has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided false information, shared your username and password with anyone else, or forwarded any non-public material from Career Insights to any other person, Career Insights has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of Career Insights or any online material, in whole or part, in its sole discretion and without refund. Any personally identifiable information you provide as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of the Career Insights Privacy Policy.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your place of residence and you have given your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in termination or your services.
MEMBERSHIP AREA RENEWAL
You have the option to select ‘auto renew’ your subscription when making your initial membership purchase. By selecting this option and purchasing an annual Career Insights membership you are authorising Career Insights to debit the credit or debit card that you used for your initial purchase. Automatic debit will be made through the card on file on the same date as your initial purchase, in yearly intervals (depending on the payment plan chosen by you at the time of the initial purchase.)
If you wish to cancel your membership with Career Insights, you must do so at least 1 month prior to the due date of your next invoice. To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at hello@career-insights.co.uk.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on career-insights.co.uk. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Career Insights disclaims any liability for your reliance on any opinions or advice contained in Career Insights.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Career Insights and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
